INTRODUCTION

The Fourth Refereed Scientific Conference under the title: "Smart Systems, Emerging Technologies and Innovative Applications" (ICoSmarTin 2025). This conference will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and exchange research ideas in the disciplines to enhance the quality of life and face future challenges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will reflect positively on the participation of researchers scientifically and socially. Researchers and scholars from universities and researchers from around the world can participate, and the conference proceedings will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings indicated in Scopus or in journals classified under Springer Publishing. This conference will be held during the period from (11-12) November 2025 at the headquarters of the colleges in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate in person and remotely for participants from all over the world. This conference comes as an extension of the principle of international cooperation and the establishment of fruitful partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and support for smart systems, emerging technologies and innovative applications, in line with the priorities of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

CONFERENCE TRACKS

The conference organizing committee invites researchers from around the world to submit original papers and share valuable insights and experiences. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by an international panel of reviewers. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by Scopus or in journals classified under Springer Publishing. Full Paper Submission Guideline
Language & Requirements
  • Official Language: English
  • Full paper submission is compulsory for publication.
  • The paper should send via email: mssh@gulf.edu.sa

    • Conditions of the Research Presented at the Conference:

    1. Two abstracts of the research or working paper, one in Arabic and the other in English, must be submitted, each of which should not exceed (200) words
    2. Page size A4 and margins (2.5 cm) in all directions.
    3. The number of research pages, including figures, drawings, and appendices, is a maximum of (25) pages.
    4. The research should be relevant to one of the themes of the conference.
    5. The research must not be published or submitted for publication to any other party.
    6. The research should contain the researcher' s name, scientific rank, postal address, and electronic.
    7. The researcher undertakes to have no objection to publishing the research in a special book for the conference, which is owned by the Gulf colleges.

      Font Type Format

    1. o For Simplified Arabic Arabic texts in size 14.
    2. o For English texts Time New Roma in size 12.
    3. o The space between the search lines shall be single.
    4. o Documentation is in accordance with the APA Seventh Edition.

      The researcher sends a post in two separate files, as follows:

    1. A file containing the entire research including (research title - researcher's name) in two formats (word, pdf) on the registration link on the conference website.
    2. A file containing (Research Summary-CV) is sent to the registration link on the conference website.
    3. The submitted research is subject to scientific arbitration by a specialized scientific committee.
Guidelines for participants

  1. Entries are accepted from inside and outside the Kingdom, without any obligations to the organizer.
  2. Participation is available for both men and women.
  3. Adherence to scientific and methodological controls
  4. All entries are subject to scientific refereeing, and researchers must make the amendments they receive from the referees before approving their publication in the scientific record of the conference.
